Why is it not cold? How can I solve it?
1. Make sure the "Cool" mode is turned on, it will start to circulate water and cool down after a few minutes (the water tank needs to be filled with water).
2. You can add a frozen ice pack on top to achieve a better cooling effect.
Why is it leaking? What can I do about it?
1. If connected to a garden hose, make sure the hose connection is tight.
2. Make sure the water in the tank does not exceed the maximum water level.
3. Make sure the cooler is standing upright on a flat, level surface.
Why is the water pump not working properly?
This may be due to insufficient water pressure and the water is not fully pumped up. Please try to add water to the MAX line, turn on the cooling mode and push the machine back and forth to help the water pump exhaust.
What is the difference between evaporative cooler and air conditioner and fan?
The evaporative cooler uses water and a fan to cool the ambient air. It does not use refrigerants to remove heat & humidity like an air conditioner. It is more power saving than air conditioners and cooler than fans.
Can the cooling pads be removed and cleaned?
Yes, the cooling pads are removable. Unscrew the back panel to take them out and rinse clean. Dry and assemble back in place before reconnecting to a power source.
